With over 60 classes per week, all coached by professionals trained in a diversity of techniques, we offer a level of variety that will keep you highly motivated and ensure you never get bored of the same old routine training. Booty
This class focuses solely on the refinement and fortification of your lower body. The workout is dedicated to the development and toning of your glutes and leg muscles, fostering improved muscular definition and functional strength.
Elite
This exhilarating 45-minute workout has been designed to push your limits and deliver incredible results. Combining the best of both worlds, Elite seamlessly integrates the power of concept machines with the versatility of traditional strength training tools such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and sandbags. Prepare to be challenged as you embark on a dynamic journey that will test and improve your strength, endurance, and overall fitness ability.
Enduro
This program focuses on refining your functional movement patterns and equips you with the knowledge to sustain consistent paces while remaining well within your optimal threshold. This approach is designed to progressively build your aerobic capacity allowing for great all round cardiovascular fitness.
HIIT
Prepare for an invigorating and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session, meticulously designed to target your fast-twitch muscle fibres. This class places a paramount emphasis on dynamic, explosive movements to incite a maximal calorie burn, resulting in an exceptionally demanding yet rewarding workout experience.
Hustle
Maximise your overall fitness levels through a diverse training program that will focus on form, strength and total body conditioning. Hustle class is a monthly program running on a 3 day training split. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Mums + Bubs
A program crafted to offer a secure and nurturing setting for expectant, new and current mothers, allowing them to stay moving whilst building/maintaining a strong body through specific pelvic floor, core, back and lower limb exercises. With the Purebred Creche upstairs, our Mums can train at ease and focus solely on their fitness and wellness journey for the hour.
Power Pilates
A 45-minute, mat-based Pilates session designed to perfectly complement all other program offerings.
While it’s a challenging full-body workout in its own right, Power Pilates is also the ideal recovery tool. By targeting often-overlooked stabilising muscles, this session strengthens the foundation of your movement patterns, improves mobility, and reduces the risk of injury. It’s the perfect way to balance your week, enhance your performance, and recover from high-intensity training.
We’re huge advocates of adding this to your weekly schedule irrespective of your training goals—these sessions are a no-brainer for anyone looking to feel stronger, recover better, and move more efficiently.
RFR
Engage in invigorating team-based workouts that offer a unique experience differing from our program norm, involving alternating efforts in a collaborative fashion to efficiently accomplish the prescribed partner based workouts. A chance to display your physical and mental fortitude with a partner of similar capabilities.
Stronger
Weight focused strength training suitable for all fitness levels. Using compound exercises and bodybuilding movements to sculpt your body and increase your strength. Form is key for building muscle mass. This training program is split over 3 days with focus on different muscle groups.
Monday – Back + Biceps (Pull)
Tuesday – Chest + Shoulders (Push)
Wednesday – Lower Body
This program is a 16 week training block split into 3 x 5 mesocycles + testing week.
Super Saturday
Super Saturday is our biggest class of the week. It will cater up to 60 people and will be set out in different zones. It will be a high energy, high intensity fat burning workout which will involve a range of different movements. It will include AMRAPS, time work, circuits, EMOMs and basically whatever the coach programs.
WOD
Workout of the day is a metabolic conditioning class that involves periods of intense activity followed by rest. Classes are designed to challenge your endurance and overall mental and physical toughness.
