Booty
This class focuses solely on the refinement and fortification of your lower body. The workout is dedicated to the development and toning of your glutes and leg muscles, fostering improved muscular definition and functional strength.
Boxing Class
Hard and fast intervals working at your maximum effort for a shorter period of time. This high intensity class will incorporate simple bag combinations followed by intense equipment/body weight movements.
Doghouse
This high-energy class is designed to deliver an intense workout through a combination of boxing drills, Y BELL utilisation, and bodyweight exercises. Elite
‘Elite,’ our newest program designed exclusively for individuals of the highest calibre who are dedicated to pushing their boundaries and attaining peak physical performance. In this dynamic class, we elevate your fitness, delving into performance-style training with a strong emphasis on advanced techniques and rigorous workouts. ‘Elite’ is tailored for those who possess moderate barbell skills and have extensive experience in the gym environment.
Enduro
This program focuses on refining your functional movement patterns and equips you with the knowledge to sustain consistent paces while remaining well within your optimal threshold. This approach is designed to progressively build your aerobic capacity allowing for great all round cardiovascular fitness.
HIIT
Prepare for an invigorating and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session, meticulously designed to target your fast-twitch muscle fibres. This class places a paramount emphasis on dynamic, explosive movements to incite a maximal calorie burn, resulting in an exceptionally demanding yet rewarding workout experience.
Hustle
This stand alone class follows a 2 day split, alternating between upper and lower body days. It is carefully designed and follows a well balanced program, offering members an experience that covers both strength and conditioning. A perfect class for every day gym goers, and those looking to increase their overall performance in the gym.
Mums + Bubs
RFR
Engage in invigorating team-based workouts that offer a unique experience differing from our program norm, involving alternating efforts in a collaborative fashion to efficiently accomplish the prescribed partner based workouts. A chance to display your physical and mental fortitude with a partner of similar capabilities.
Stronger
This progressive program adopts a thoughtfully designed 3-day split, strategically addressing upper body (pull and push) and lower body exercises. Our aim is to build confidence in performing correct movement patterns, with a large focus on technique refinement and overall strength development.
Super Saturday
Get ready for the ultimate weekend workout with our Super Saturday class – our biggest class of the week! This high-energy and high-intensity workout is designed to challenge and motivate you, with a range of different movements to keep you on your toes, including AMRAPs, time work, circuits, and EMOMs – basically, whatever the coach programs. You’ll be pushed to your limits and leave feeling stronger and more energized than ever before.
But Super Saturday is more than just a workout – it’s a community experience. You’ll sweat, grow, and achieve together with a supportive group of like-minded individuals who are all committed to reaching their fitness goals. Join us for Super Saturday and experience the power of a high-energy, high-intensity workout that will leave you feeling unstoppable.
Yoga
Weekly, 1 hour of flow yoga. In this class, postures are practiced to align strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion and standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds and hip openers.
