Director and Founder of Purebred Fitness, is a health and wellbeing specialist with over 10 years of experience. He is passionate about mentoring clients to achieve their best selves both physically and mentally, and is dedicated to personal growth through challenges like marathons, triathlons, Ironman events, ultras, and bodybuilding competitions.

Client Engagement Manager & Coach

Michaela transitioned from teaching Physical Education to a full-time career in coaching and personal training, fuelled by her passion for health and wellbeing. With over 8 years of experience, she is a specialist in pre- and post-natal care, boxing, strength, and fat loss. As a senior coach at Purebred, she runs a successful personal business and embodies the family-like culture of the team.

Sarah, a fourth-year exercise Science student at UOW and an Accredited ASCA Strength and Conditioning Coach, brings extensive knowledge, positive energy, and a passion for women’s physiology to the PB family. With a background in sports and a love for gym training, she focuses on the role of resistance training in physical and mental well-being. As a coach, Sarah strives to create a welcoming environment where clients can deepen their understanding of their bodies and find joy in movement.
