With over 8 years of experience, she is a specialist in pre- and post-natal care, boxing, strength, and fat loss. As a senior coach at Purebred, she runs a successful personal business and embodies the family-like culture of the team.
Sarah Hoareau

Sarah, a fourth-year exercise Science student at UOW and an Accredited ASCA Strength and Conditioning Coach, brings extensive knowledge, positive energy, and a passion for women’s physiology to the PB family. With a background in sports and a love for gym training, she focuses on the role of resistance training in physical and mental well-being. As a coach, Sarah strives to create a welcoming environment where clients can deepen their understanding of their bodies and find joy in movement.
