Purebred Fitness was established in 2017 by Luke Maggiore, Director, Head Coach and owner of Purebred. We are conveniently located in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, and our facility boasts a massive 800 square meters of gym floor space. Not only extensive room to facilitate our vast program offering but also fitted with endless cardio, strength and functional fitness equipment to enable individuals to train autonomously. We offer over 60 exclusive gym classes promising a wholistic approach to training, where all classes are adaptable and scalable, to ensure we can cater for all ages and fitness levels.

Director / Head Coach

Isaac Lucien
Chief Operating Officer
Brings extensive fitness industry experience, from personal training to managing operations across eight gyms in two states. He specializes in strength, resistance, and CrossFit training, emphasizing proper form and technique in every workout.

Michaela Sargeant
Client Engagement Manager & Coach
Michaela transitioned from teaching Physical Education to a full-time career in coaching and personal training, fuelled by her passion for health and wellbeing. With over 8 years of experience, she is a specialist in pre- and post-natal care, boxing, strength, and fat loss. As a senior coach at Purebred, she runs a successful personal business and embodies the family-like culture of the team.

The gym’s youngest coach is pursuing a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Passionate about fitness and wellness, she combines academic knowledge with gym experience to help clients achieve goals like weight loss, muscle building, and improved fitness. A dedicated fitness enthusiast, Lara’s commitment to self-improvement inspires our clients daily.

Tess is the driving force behind client support and operations at Purebred Fitness. With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, competitor, and brand ambassador, she excels in creating personalised fitness plans and leading group classes. Her passion for fitness, rooted in her love for sports like netball and touch football, fuels her commitment to helping others achieve their goals. At Purebred Fitness, Tess combines expertise and enthusiasm to provide a supportive environment, ensuring every member feels inspired, assisted, and celebrated on their fitness journey.

Nikki Lancaster
Dietician & Owner of Grams of Health
Nikki, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Cooking Coach, runs a mobile Cooking & Nutrition school focused on food as both nourishment and a source of enjoyment, social connection, and creativity. At Purebred, she supports nutrition and diet plans, facilitates cooking classes, and leads challenge programs. Through presentations, demonstrations, hands-on experiences, and 1:1 coaching, Nikki helps members build healthier relationships with food.

Connie Ferrazzano
Creche
10 years of experience working with children to the Purebred Team, including roles as a disability support worker and in crèches. Enthusiastic and approachable, she is often found caring for little ones or participating in PB classes. A mother of three, Connie holds a current Working with Children’s Check.

Charlee Michel
Creche
Charlee is a former chef at a Sydney private school, brings energy and enthusiasm to the Purebred crèche. With prior experience in a gym crèche, she loves caring for kids, prioritising health and wellbeing, and running a cake-baking side business
